Shipping Policy

Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping is US$0.01 for eligible orders. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Order processing
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. We will send a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery
The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when it is available from the carrier.

Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address changes
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been prepared or dispatched.
